About Brent Harrison

Brent Harrison is an assistant professor and the director of the CORGI (that is, COmputational Research in Games and Intelligence) Lab at the University of Kentucky. His general research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the design of autonomous agents. Specifically, he is interested in creating AI and ML systems that can effectively communicate and co-exist with humans and society at large. Oh, and here’s a link to his Google Scholar page!

In the CORGI Lab, we develop AI and ML techniques that can further bridge the gap between humans and AI. We have many ongoing projects in a variety of different areas including reinforcement learning, visual storytelling, and automatic commentary generation.
